There are a wide range of services are made available to affiliated members of CVS Central Lancashire, including: 

* CVS News - produced quarterly, containing local and national information of interest to the voluntary and other sectors 

*  Annual directory of voluntary organisations and community groups working in Preston  We are in the process of developing a directory for Chorley and South Ribble. If you would like to be in it, please contact us.

*  Funderfinder Service - a computer program helping groups to find potential funding sources.

*  Resource library 

*  Funding: User Guide 

*  Advice on employment issues 

*  Consultation events 

*  Training - e.g. Minute Taking, Child Protection, Vulnerable Adults, Equality and Diversity,   First Aid, Health and Safety for Volunteers, Principles of Risk Assessment. 

* Briefing sessions - e.g. how to produce an annual report, business planning, criminal  records bureau 

*  Help with applications for funding 

*  Information and support for charity trustees 

* Office services - e.g. photocopying, typing, laminating, binding 

*  Mailshots on request 

* Desk top publishing - design posters, leaflets, tickets, etc
